Amy and Rory met playing kickball in 2013. They always had overlapping groups of friends, but never really hung out. Amy’s team beat Rory’s team in the championship kickball game. After the big game both teams went to the bar. They played beer pong together that night, and beat everyone. Amy and Rory are really the perfect team! (they are both competitive, if you can’t tell from this post!) Their first date was one week after the kickball game. They were inseparable after that date. Amy knew she had met someone extraordinary. I think Rory felt the same. What Rory loves the most about Amy is that she is just as sweet as she is strong. Amy is extremely assertive and can certainly take care of herself in any situation, but her true passion is giving. She is the most thoughtful and caring person Rory has ever met, Rory so lucky to be on the receiving end of her love. Amy loves Rory because he doesn’t play games, he is a great communicator, and he’s handsome to boot. He is going to make a great husband, and an amazing father (one day). He makes her laugh even when she’s had a terrible day, and his hugs can cure all of my problems. These two are a match made in heaven. We absolutely loved being apart of their magical wedding day at Paradise Point!

We thoroughly loved working at Paradise Point! Here’s what someone else thought:
“Just spent the weekend here with my nieces which range in age from 30 down to 6. There truly was something for everyone here. Stayed in a garden lanai room but if I had to do it all over again I would’ve paid 40.00 more a night and splurged for a beach front room.
I don’t understand the posters who said this place is understaffed. There was attentive friendly staff everywhere we went. Front desk people were kind and efficient at check in, during our stay when we made a special request and at check out. There were pool staffers handing out towels and picking up used ones left behind. Others were taking food orders. There were staffers lighting the tiki torches and gas fire pits at dusk (which is great for s’more making) and dutifully turning them off after 10:00pm-ish when the pools close. The beachfront was pretty and we walked it every day from point to point. We had a great time and everywhere I looked there were families enjoying themselves in land and water.
The ambience here is very tropical and lush and well cared for. U do pay more for point of purchase impulse items but the convenience is worth it. Otherwise if u are on budget u can still have fun and enjoy and just eat at one of than great restaurants that are offsite but still close. We had an amazing breakfast at the Mission Cafe, for example.
For those that complain about duck poop, well that’s just being picky. There is some around the ponds that they frequent but it is so cool to see mallards and cranes and egrets. They do not overwhelm the place and stick to the ponds.
I would come back here in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone who wants to make happy lasting family memories. It was the perfect weekend paradise. Oh and I used the free Alice app to ask questions prior to check In and they were answered within 5 minutes. Well done!”
