Colton and Marisa met while in college. They both were in accounting classes together… they also ran into each other at college parties! They soon found that they both love to go Hiking, Cooking, Traveling and Camping together! They fell in love for many reason, here are a few great ones! They are supportive of each other’s careers, personal interests and they are best friends.

We loved working at the beautiful Hilton Resort! Here is what another person thought!
“Overall, 4.5 stars. It’s their customer service (Gordon) that put them at 5 stars. Stayed here last year for my former company’s summer regional conference. The first room they put us in was horrible. Dark, dingy, old, gross, mattress sucked. Horrible night sleep. I didn’t get anywhere with the first guy I spoke with. So I wrote a long handwritten note nicely, but firmly insisting on a room change even though the conference room rates were for that (gross) block of rooms. I gave it to them the next morning. They moved us to a much nicer, newer, cleaner, more spacious room.
This is why I love Hilton Hotels. They are awesome with customer service! Gordon, their concierge guy is awesome! He fixed everything! With his ninja magic SKILLZ, we got our room upgraded, 25K Hilton Honors points, and $100 massage credit. Being nice pays off. He loves us, we love him, he took such good care of us. He’s definitely deserving of this Yelp shoutout (sorry, over a year later; I’m so behind on reviews lol) and saved the hotel from getting a 2 star review.
With my Gold status, we also got breakfast vouchers daily which could be used at the little shop to get food to go. Since breakfast was included during the conference, we just got fruit cups, bagels, juices etc to go to snack on during the day. Oh, free popcorn outside the lobby in the afternoon. And if you forget toiletries, they provide. Just ask.
Had we not had the first room/bad night sleep day 1, this would’ve been 5 stars. Had it not been for Gordon, this would’ve been a 2-2.5 star review. But they made everything right. I am ALL about customer service. I am a loyal Hilton Gal!
