Every relationship needs a little friendly competition to keep up some excitement.  For Vanessa and Mike it is their opposing football teams.  They met when they were out with mutual friends bar hopping dive bars in Encinitas.  The drank excessively, talked about their football teams and played a pitiful game of foosball.  Even though their athletic abilities while playing the game didn’t make one of them look like a star, they still hit it off.  Vanessa and Mike both like to be active, whether it be camping, going to Mammoth (Vanessa snowboards, Mike skis), watching sports or going out to bars. There isn’t anything these two don’t like doing together!
