Elvira and Roman got set-up by Roman’s best friend Ilya back in 2013, it was a semi-blind date (Roman saw Elvira’s picture on Facebook, she’s a beauty) After dating for 2 years the time was right for Roman to ask Elvira for her hand in marriage. He took Elvira to the Museum of National History and proposed in the spot where they had their very first kiss. Very cute. Roman and Elvira soon starting planning their big day. Cape Rey Hilton was a perfect fit. They love that it has a beach setting without being directly on the beach so you still get the beautiful view with a slightly more formal atmosphere. Cape Rey also allowed Elvira and Roman to have vodka on the tables, a must for a Russian Jewish wedding! Elvira and Roman both love Gourmet food experiences (they are obsessed with Top Chef), strolling together, people watching, beautiful sunsets, cultural experiences through travel and exploration . They are heading to Japan and Bali for their honeymoon. So exciting.
