The weeks prior to and directly following your wedding planning are busy times! We have prepared a general timeline for the key benchmark items throughout the entire process.

Six weeks before your wedding:  We schedule your Final Consultation usually at our studio (don’t worry, if you live out of the area or things are a little hectic, we can always perform this over the phone).  At this meeting, we will go over the Wedding Day Timeline, The Photo Checklist, our Tips for Great Photography and we can’t forget paying the balance also.

Two days before your wedding: We give you a quick check-in call to confirm all the details from the schedule.

The day of your wedding: We arrive at the scheduled time and quickly run through the course of the day. Then we coordinate with your family and friends regarding scheduled start times for formal portraits and what to expect.

Three to Four weeks after your wedding: As we work putting the finishing touches on all of your beautiful wedding images, we post a Sneak Peak on Facebook and our Blog that showcase some of the very BEST images.  These will get you excited to receive all of your incredible wedding photos!

Four to Seven weeks after your wedding: We call you with the good news that your USB Flash-Drive is available along with the Online Gallery.

Two months after your wedding: You write a glowing 5 star review on Yelp, Google Reviews, WeddingWire and The Knot .  Just kidding…actually we’re not kidding, haha!

Three months after your wedding: Try your best to return your wedding album selections to us no later than three months after the wedding so we can begin the album designing process.

Five Months after your wedding: Your album and other artwork will be ready for pickup! At this time we also provide information which will insure a long life for your precious heirlooms.
