Stefanie and Andrew met at the Adams Avenue Street Fair on 9/28/13; Stefanie’s best friend was hanging out with Andy’s then-roommate.  They all met up at the street fair.  Introductions ensued and the rest is history!  They’ve been together ever since 🙂 After dating and falling in love Andrew and Stefanie went on a mini-vaycay in Las Vegas.  They wanted to be tourists for the day at the Hoover Dam.  Andy drove Stef to the highest lookout point and waited until the time was right.  Stef was not expecting it AT ALL!! Immediately burst into tears of joy and said YES!! They picked The Bahia because the quite, calm nature of the Bahia’s location. The beauty of the views it offers.  And the ceremony on the beach option! (Stefanie has always envisioned getting married with her toes in the sand! AND not wearing high heels!)

“This is the absolute most spectacular beautiful independent resort we’ve ever seen in the United States

Two minute walk to the ocean walk outside to sweep to the bay 2 minute walk to the huge Olympic size pool/ enormous hot tub

Seal pool ,lighting ceremony, daily themes at an amazing quality restaurant, wonderful bar with great happy hour

The gift shop is the bomb and no surprise that this place has a brand new employee Ashley who is extremely outgoing and smart

Five minute drive to Sea world

This should be the number one rated independent resort for families of literally all ages.

There are water sport rentals galore and bike rentals in abundance for great prices

It’s elegant but not stuffy.

What keeps us coming back is Heather!!!!! Heather makes us feel like we belong here. The most professional accommodating person that we’ve met in the hotel industry. For example she makes sure that we get the same exact suite in the same location every time we visit. She is very personable
