Tracy and Anthony met while both playing in a pool league at The Hungry Stick.  They totally hit it off and starting dating! Tracy found herself falling in love with Tony… she loves that Tony always knows how to make her smile.  If she’s had a bad day at work or something upset her, he knows how to make Tracy smile and to cheer her up.  Tony also wanted Tracy to his “forever” he loves that Tracy makes him want to be a better man. So sweet!! Tony proposed to Tracy by surprising her with roses and a beautiful ring. She said yes of course!! They picked the Bahia because Tony used to work there and knew it was the perfect fit for their big day!

We loved working with Julie, here’s what someone else thought!!

“There are not enough characters available to share just how incredible Julie and her husband are but I will try!

My husband and I got married September 9th at the Bali Hai.  We started looking for venues about 10 months in advance and I didn’t realize that in the wedding world that was actually considered “short notice” I was immediately stressed when I started looking for vendors, but I was instantly put at ease when the Bali Hai referred Julie and I spoke with her on the phone.  She was so calm, positive and friendly, she was reassuring that everything would get done and be perfect!  She gave me a wonderful list of vendors, we actually ended up using pretty much everyone off of her list as well as her husband Mick as our DJ.

While we used her for the “month of” package that really doesn’t do justice to everything that Julie did for us.  She was always available via email for the most difficult questions, from how to ask about tipping and how to tel your family, sorry no kids.  She even offered to come to our tasting which was so helpful!  My parents live in NorCal and came down for that event and it was so nice to have her there to review everything, give advice on popular menu items and why ribs may not be the best choice for a day full of formal wear.  Many coordinators I interviewed charged extra if you wanted them to attend these meetings and I could easily see why the venue recommended her, they worked perfectly together.

The month before I met with Julie and we went over every little detail, she offered ideas where I was stuck, organized the whole day and took over all further communication with my vendors which was such a relief!  The month before gets crazy no matter how far in advance you plan and it was so nice to know that she was on top of everything!  The day before she attended the rehearsal and I handed off everything for the big day, again I was so relived and relaxed as I knew Julie had it all under control.  So many people in the wedding party commented how amazing and helpful she was.  I was actually just in a friends wedding and it made me appreciate her even more as there were so many little details that were forgotten or that the bride had to worry about completing right before the wedding, it was so nice to not have any of that extra stress on the day of.

Julie kept everyone on track and on time, she even had our plates of food already served along with a small plate of apps sent to our table to ensure that we ate, which we were so grateful for!  She kept us aware of the timeline and let us know how much time we had before certain things to make sure we fit it all en.  She even tracked down my Mom who had my spare shoes during our photos when I was dying from blisters!  At the end she packed everything up, handed it off to the designated person.  The next day we couldn’t find our marriage certificate and we needed a copy for our honeymoon and she was on her way to her honeymoon and still helped us track that down.  Lastly, as if they hadn’t already done enough, the next day I received a video her husband (DJ) put together for us.  It was a compilation of photos they had taken to our first dance song, it meant so much to us and our family to get that preview and relive the day again!

In short, hiring Julie is the BEST decision you will make throughout the whole wedding planning process.  We highly recommend her and could not imagine the day without her!”
